I have Google Wave account - I am one of the first! It is basically for all does who want to know a combination of: Facebook - Skype - Outlook Email - Internet Explorer
all rolled into one!
The interaction at the moment is limited but as soon as google open it up to the world it will be huge!

It's the latest technology from the biggest search engine company in the world! Very easy to use but at first seems foriegn - only because it is new - give it time and it actually makes sense. It took me a day to understand all the applications. No search facility yet but this is early days!
